Nine Swords

Hi,
I would like to know what are the possibilities to join Nine Swords Cabale in Secret World Legends?

In case of necessity my nickname in SWL is Madrain and I should be available on 24th of June 1am-4pm and on 25th June 5 pm - 10 pm (all hours in CEST) in case of any necessity.
