It was a little too rich actually. The next batch will be chocolate, I am thinking the coco powder will help tone it down. Still tasty and super easy. I mixed heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla. No special equipment needed.

I have never had a crumpet before but they look a bit like our version of english muffins, I love those.
