SWL Downtime 1st August

The SWL servers are going down for an update on Wednesday, August 1 at the usual 9:00 AM EDT / 13:00 UTC / 15:00 CEST. Downtime ETA is 2 hours.
This patch will include a couple bugfixes as well as reintroduce the Agarthan Cache (meaning the Anniversary Cache is being retired).
