Game Downtime 22.10. 11 GMT

On slightly short notice, we'll have to figure out something productive to do with our GMT lunchtime, because the game will be down for some maintenance. Also, for those of us that already did the Halloween missions and didn't get any XP for it, there will be some free XP handed out during that.
