Depends how many tanks and range DPS sign up. :P

Here's an idea I'd like to try sometime with healing... Anima Vessel gives everyone who is hitting the target extra chances to proc their heal signets since the heals count as coming from everyone individually, so if a fist healer casts anima vessel on cooldown, that should translate into better DPS for anyone with coney/equilibrium, and if the tanks also have thirst signets, will give them more healing. It would also mean blood DPS do not need other healing.

Unfortunately I cannot fit in anima vessel, so it'd be up to a fist healer to use.

The trouble would be getting hit rating... you'd probably need a rifle with hit on it, and possibly a precise augment if you have it. So I understand if the gearing is not possible, but I think it'd work well.

For resources you'd just go anima shot - anima vessel every once in a while.

Whether this is better than sword is open to debate. I just think it has potential.

That does sound like a lot of tradeoffs, not even just the healer. I usually do fit in anima vessel when I run a leeching setup, but it's rather a far stretch to make it work with a fist build, primarily for the hit rating reasons and building resources that you're mentioning. The compromises then are also on the DPS side. I doubt that you'll see more than two or three people in each raid that actually can muster a DPS build with coney or equilibrium signets.

I'll sign up provided we couldn't down NA raid.

I can go Hammer/AR tank with anima vessel. Not sure if there's going to be aggro issue without binding wound and the P3 buff. Guess can always switch to Blade/AR for binding wound
