As stated in Aprils GD Letter:

Game Director Joel wrote:Starting on the 7th of May and continuing through until the 21st May, players will have an opportunity to revisit all phases of the Whispering Tide event.

The Filth is making a final push against the defenders of Agartha, and from the 7th of May the Filth will begin to strike back, taking back many of the previously cleansed locations.

But with the help of a surprise ally, players will be able to strike back, bringing down the filth and at last cleansing the path to Tokyo for good.

This will be a last chance for everyone to experience The Whispering Tide and a final chance for you to earn a particular reward or achievement from the event! If you have been hesitant to join now is the time to jump in and experience the event!

If you are gonna show your face for a renewed fight against the filth, shout up and get other cabal members involved!!

Awesome! I missed so much from the previous parts of the event. Besides, if all parts are available, it will be a very nice time to get as much Slivers and Fragments as possible in a short time. We will have a normal and two nightmare missions which reward in these plus Flappy. Also, with a lot of Pure Metals, Fire, Dust, Water and whatever that rune was, it should be easy to get The Third Age currency from Cleansing Protocol.

Also, it means that if you lack Pure elements, it’s high time for QL10 items farming and scenarios.
