Mumble is useful for this as someone can shout Hide, Bunch, Run Away and Stand Still and we can all just jump about like headless chickens. I think gear needed is around 10.2, with 4k HP.

We need two tanks, fist healer, leech and 6 dps - some with dabs and cleanse. Pistol shotgun works well here with win-win and cleanup. Need a bit of health too. There is a guide on tswdb.com
