Sign up for Agartha Defiled Elite. Will be run after the weekly Sunday NY Raid.

Come prepared so we can get started right away once the raid group has filled.

Important:

1. All RocketJump with the passive!
2. DPS 4k Health (minor + benediction/potion)
3. Stay out of Filth
4. Zero Point Pathogen & Membranous Tempest
   1. For the first engagement: DPS will need to be at the head of Flappy with the Tank. When it flies up and comes back down again, DPS need to be at the head again with the Tank.
   2. When jumping down, DPS stay at the head again. Now important for the Tank, after Flappy lands for the second time, Flappy will cast Zero Point Pathogen, when it has done this, the tank should now turn Flappy around and the DPS stay at the back since it will then cast Membranous Tempest (Cone Attack)
5. When Flappy does it's AoE dashes (Malevolent Sky) for the first time, the entire group will take a walk to the northern edge.
6. Only designated Shade killers go up when Zuberi calls for you!
7. Rending Reality, it's a long cast
   1. A spider may spawn and Offtank & DPS should try to kill it before jumping down. Use RJ to quickly move to the edge.
   2. When all are at the upper platform. stay at the head of Flappy and stay together in the centre for the AoE (if you get the AoE on you, RJ through Flappy. This attack will throw you backwards).
8. Let Offtank pick up the Spider and then kill it ASAP.
9. Stock up on some Barrier Potions, it's great against Filth

Team setup:

1. 2 Tanks
   1. Main Tank for flappy (800 block needed, 9-10k HP)
   2. OffTank with a build aimed to grab and kill adds (fast).
2. Fist heal 5-6k since it tends to get initial aggro until tank grabs it.
3. DPS need at least 4k health (1 minor + potion/benediction).
   1. 2x DA/BS with the passives.
   2. 2 will be designated for Shade killing (She Who Crawls Outside, top platform, dps race).

Important in this raid is that DPS stay alive as certain parts are dps races.

We as a cabal have tried this before without success, it was before the nerfing of flappy and the big gear upgrades that we have now.

As this is pretty new for most of us I will ask the following:
- minimum 10.2 gear
- When signing up please state your preferred role and any other roles you could do.
- If you have not run with us before (info for the raid lead): For each role: weapons + specs

For now flappy runs will not be part of the raid policy, to avoid flooding our system with points.

In case we kill Flappy by accident: Everyone does a /roll in the ingame chat, highest roller gets to pick first etc.

Just a quick note, and not a sign up. The TSWDB guide is very lacking (though it will be updated soon (tm)) and everyone really should take what kiss says in the OP to heart because he has many good points. Do stack up on barrier potions (even if you tank), you can purchase them for 6 BB each in your faction HQ, so do a few dungeons and buy 4-5 stacks. They are incredibly useful, not only in flappy, but also pretty much everywhere else. Check that your kickbacks are correct etc. too.

Be aware of the healers. Some adds chain, so don't hug the healer when they spawn

I have killed flappy quite a few times, and as such I can verify that everything kiss says here is very important to keep in mind in flappy elite. It is a DPS check, yes, but a dead DPS does no DPS. Do not take risks, do not play the "can I survive tears of dis" lottery, and do not hesitate to bring shake and bake in addition to death from above if you are not dabsing. I'll write up some pointers about flappy in a separate thread under the PvE division's "guides" section.
