Team setup:
We as a cabal have tried this before without success, it was before the nerfing of flappy and the big gear upgrades that we have now.
As this is pretty new for most of us I will ask the following:
- minimum 10.2 gear
- When signing up please state your preferred role and any other roles you could do.
- If you have not run with us before (info for the raid lead): For each role: weapons + specs
For now flappy runs will not be part of the raid policy, to avoid flooding our system with points.
A quick guide on the fight can be found here (but do take what is mentioned above into account).
Our remarks from previous run.
In case we kill Flappy by accident: Everyone does a /roll in the ingame chat, highest roller gets to pick first etc.
Sign-ups (First 13, team will be decided later)
Important:
- All RocketJump with the passive!
- DPS 4k Health (minor + benediction/potion)
- Stay out of Filth
- Zero Point Pathogen & Membranous Tempest
- For the first engagement: DPS will need to be at the head of Flappy with the Tank. When it flies up and comes back down again, DPS need to be at the head again with the Tank.
- When jumping down, DPS stay at the head again. Now important for the Tank, after Flappy lands for the second time, Flappy will cast Zero Point Pathogen, when it has done this, the tank should now turn Flappy around and the DPS stay at the back since it will then cast Membranous Tempest (Cone Attack)
- When Flappy does it's AoE dashes (Malevolent Sky) for the first time, the entire group will take a walk to the northern edge.
- Only designated Shade killers go up when Zuberi calls for you!
- Rending Reality, it's a long cast
- A spider may spawn and Offtank & DPS should try to kill it before jumping down. Use RJ to quickly move to the edge.
- When all are at the upper platform. stay at the head of Flappy and stay together in the centre for the AoE (if you get the AoE on you, RJ through Flappy. This attack will throw you backwards).
- Let Offtank pick up the Spider and then kill it ASAP.
- Stock up on some Barrier Potions, it's great against Filth
Team setup:
- 2 Tanks
- Main Tank for flappy (800 block needed, 9-10k HP)
- OffTank with a build aimed to grab and kill adds (fast).
- Fist heal 5-6k since it tends to get initial aggro until tank grabs it.
- DPS need at least 4k health (1 minor + potion/benediction).
- 2x DA/BS with the passives.
- 2 will be designated for Shade killing (She Who Crawls Outside, top platform, dps race).
