So - Kiss is away most of September, so how does October look?

* Events
* How can we help the cabals taking part have more of a role in the overall event

Ok - I am going to aim for Saturday 15th or Saturday 22nd starting at 19:00GMT and ending 3hours later. (Because then Kiss is home in October )
I spoke with Lia from GSP already and she can do either date - which is great because I love working with her.

But I want to work with Swords on this too - so
Anyone got a preference for one or the other?

Now we need to choose a song for our slot. That could be fun

I am looking for people to help with the following tasks

1. Reaching out to cabals.
This role would entail basically contacting members from cabals that you know and suggesting that they sign up for cabal pride in the TSW thread.

2. Posting advert ingame
I will create a clicky advert for use in General chat before the event. I will be posting it during EU evenings. I could use some help for US / AU peak times

3. On the day attending people
I will need help on the day. If you know you will be able to attend, let me know so I can give you something to do. It is hard work doing it alone - I neeed you all!

4. Tweeters
Are you active on Twitter? It would be great to have retweets / someone helping me with advertising the event up to the day.

I would find it helpful for someone to be like a "live feed" on the day on Twitter posting pictures and fun things that are happening.

6. Video maker /Twitch person
I would love for the event to be captured / even Twitch streamed. Any takers?
