Sorry I can't provide coordinates right now, I will once I find them again!

The right leg can be found in one of the mass graves with the burned witch trial victims in Kingsmouth. Usually during one of Hawthorne's quests since you have to go there. IIRC, it's next to a lore object.

The left leg is in the savage coast, in the vicinity of Red's store, where all the dead cultists and blue fires are. It will be laying next to one of the fires.

Decomposing left arm here. Not sure how long it will last...it stinks terribly.
