I don't feel comfortable doing the "hinder adds" role... I've only ever done the Buff DPS role.

Please can you swap me out with someone so that I can do the buff DPS that I signed up for?

I'll have to redo the entire team I think. We have a lot of people only comfortable in one role, and even though I do bring along the same people each raid, that's needed as they're the only people who can do what they do. This of course limits the team comp, since there are only a few spots for general DPS.

So, I've edited that team out, and will post again after I have a think.

I tried to fit in as many people who had not come to the raid often as possible, while still keeping experience in every role, but it proved difficult when I realised that there were some things that only a few people are comfortable doing. I need Kisshoten in ranged DPS, which means I need the other two tanks that were signed up. Half our DPS are from those who only raid occasionally, so I'm more comfortable with our top two DPS coming along to balance that out.

Of course, those who aren't in I'll get in at the next possible opportunity.

For future reference, though I obviously prefer to be ST buff deeps, I can also take care of adds. Or, for that matter, Fistheal/pod.

Yes, as an FYI, I am willing to do DPS, Ranged DPS, Buff DPS or in the odd chance Claretta's isn't, Leech. Best geared for leeching, Ranged DPS or DPS because my Pistols and Shotguns are only drops.

Only done the raid as DPS and Ranged DPS, but I am willing to learn anything if it makes things easier for the group. I am pretty flexible.

I learn new builds very slowly... also, I didn't have a build to do the hinder adds. Those combined, would have ended up with me screwing up lots, and us wiping. Given a new build beforehand, and time to practice... sure, I can hinder adds after that. But on the day, without that time, I'd have no chance.
