Update:

I just spoke in Live Chat with a GM and he/she told me that they would waive the requirement of buying a new key for me because of the recent payments I made on my account and that I would have access to the game soon.

Weird thing is, I now have a cancelled date instead of a banned date on my account.

Guess I'll have to check when I get home.

Yeah that was the thread that led me to Live Chat.

And update 2:

Noticed a new option to reactivate my account, clicked it and all seems normal now. :)
