We haven't made any decision as far as servers go. We are a cabal made of of many different countries.

Well, for what it's worth, I'm completely fine on a European server as long as there isn't too much lag, I'm playing on a Euro server with Cephas in ToR and as long as i keep the graphics settings as low as possible, it plays fine. Though I did note some lag in PvP...

I think thats your computer more than anything, if you have to have your settings on low

Depends how that game is programed too. AO for example sent all data, graphical and bits from the net to the main CPU, and completely ignored the graphic card CPU. Same with SWG. Mostly because when these game were developed, graphic cards didn't have a CPU.
