My thinking with Broadway Charm being 3 is more that fist healing and healtanking is a gear set you build only when you have nothing left to do... I fear that at 5, people won't buy it because it's not for a main role.
Talismans generally follow the price structure of:
3 points is good but only for a niche role
5 points is good for a main role
10-11 points is strong for several roles
Anyway, good work on the raid everyone. I should make AoE roles more clear in general.
