Yeah there is. I'll have to practice on dummies today and tomorrow to make sure I can get the Frag HF x2 Frag off before the hinder from Shell Shocker wears off. There's 6 seconds, so it should be enough time, just have practice it.

The hinder is refreshed during the channel, so you have heaps of time.

Hmm, just checked and it does not seem to be refreshed during the channel, but it lasts for 8 seconds, so you have 6 seconds once it stops firing, and only need 3 seconds to get the frag grenade off.

(For some reason I deleted this post, so apologies if you had to read it twice)

Anyway, for this raid I'd like to try the fist healer taking Art of War. It auto impairs even if it glances, so will be more reliable for someone with 0 hit, and will also give you 10 forced glance counters if used when surrounded.

You also could look at Raging Volcano if you feel like using Hammer, which is a 100% block chance for 6 seconds, which will make you tougher than using sword (also taking Stonewalled), but you'd lose the dash from Surging Blades.

If taking hammer elite can probably use Unstoppable Force which should be able to negate pods as well.

My apologies for being late to the raid. I won't be signing up for these for a long time...until I can master the concept called "time".

I'm sorry i only got to read this too l8 .
With Lucky arriving from his trip and having a familly day out (our son still gets a bit of a kick when he is off so long). I'm taking my notes on Art of War and hammer for the next chance i have at this role.

Also can look into hammer to read on unstoppable force and raginf volcano (i do have all skills open but i think i never used hammer even once)

Also i got rid of booh warnings cause of my laggy pc issues so it was harder for me to keep track of pods until... i decided to just stay with my back turned to the raid force. ( I know....)

Doesn't matter. We still got it down in good time - 5:04. :P

I could have done more DPS... changed my build a bit.

I could have done more DPS on boss too. I now know not to turn around quite so early when adds are coming, they take a bit of time to get close enough to the circle.

If I'm on ranged again, I may try dropping Lock and Load and bringing Canniblize instead. I found by the time I used Shell, then hit Lock and Load and HF x 2 and went to fire Frag my target was dead. So getting another Guts might be better, and bringing Cannibalize gives my Exsang a little boost in phase 1.
