Also, the whole point of a 13-person signup is to not limit it to the first 10 (Which could result in not having enough of the necessary roles filled), while also providing some leeway in case someone doesn't show up.

If you sign up after teams have been posted, you are a reserve. It doesn't challenge any decision. It's also not a pointless signup, the later raid had to pull in Cendrig today, who signed up after teams were posted because someone wasn't able to make it on. This raid also had to pull someone in too. Reserves are always a good thing.

Does that mean that I have to always be a reserve if I start signing again then? I frequently don't sign until the morning (GMT) of the day we're going, because with the condition I have I never know until the day we're going whether I'm able to be on the PC or not. We (Naite and I) started having this issue with a raid group on a different game, I sincerely hope this isn't going to go the same way.

Yes, it's possible if you sign up the day of the raid teams already will be posted if I am the one running them that week. That's just a function of me living on the other side of the world. Kiss also runs them too, though, and he's able to post them closer to the start time

You can also sign up earlier then withdraw the day of the raid if you can't make it. Signing up earlier is better in case the signups fill up before the day of the raid.

I also should note, I don't always post the teams before I go to bed Saturday night, it all depends on what I have going on the next morning. Some mornings I am able to pick and post teams in the morning, others, like this week, I am not. So between that, and Kiss also organizing some Sunday raids, you should be fine Elil.
