It is also worth noting that he will cast the cyber pull ability every 30 seconds, so both cold blooded AND sleight of hand (For NM) kine up perfectly with it, and work as a great way to keep track of when he is going to cast it.

Would the Nullity Sphere also work here? - I've just seen that it has a 2 mins cooldown though :(

The sphere should work, yes, however, as you said: it has a 2 minute cooldown and furthermore, you cannot use any abilities while it is active, and it only lasts for 2 seconds, so it will be touch and go. It does work rather perfectly if you aim for the scorpion achievement though. Last resort/immutable can also be used.
