This is the weirdest thing that's happened to me in SWL to date.
I was standing at a vendor in Agartha, doing nothing, when an unskippable cut scene kicked in. Five NPCs floating in mid air in Agartha. And then I realised they were playing out the story mission climax in Blue Mountain. For no reason at all.

In an attempt to save what I could of Kaidan, I ordered in strikes on what could not be cleansed of the Filth. Unfortunately it went a little wrong as the only things left were floating Filth vines. Lessons learned, I suppose.
