Is that really a mod for you to check to see which of 9 pieces you don't have?

Huh, I was unaware there was such an addon, I just assumed people did that manually using a list of what boss needs what drops.

Since each quest only rewards drops for one boss, you can also assign everyone a number 1-9 that corresponds to a position on the loot grid, and they always grab that fragment:

[ 4 ][ 5 ][ 6 ]
[ 7 ][ 8 ][ 9 ]

And person 10 holds off on grabbing any pieces until the raid leader has been passed all the pieces and can verify if they are missing any.

Though that addon seems super nice for running lairs.

We (Durendal) Just tell each team member which one to get so there are less chances of mistakes, also in the cases where we only need 3 or 4 pieces - we wait on grabbing ours until we have seen what gets traded to us incase someone does mis-click - we dont use an add on for it.

Addons make live easier and reduces the chance of a mistake

Saturday is not my "prime time". Anyway, if I manage to be online, I am ready to help as well in any role except healer.

I have some fragments, and I will be able to help as leech or DPS.

Actually, looks like I won't be able to make it, sorry.

Here's what I've come up with with the replies so far ...

Two teams of 5:

B-lair team: Going Kingsmouth and mainly using people with no experience of lairs and who have said they will be there on Saturday at 19.30 UK time after Flappy

F-lair team: Going to Carpathian Fangs (as some still need it) with more experienced people. Not everyone said they would be there for sure, but would come if they were - so we can work something out on the night or leave it to another time if people won't be too upset.

B-LAIR
Tank - Mellified

DPS - Kithsana/Floryn
DPS - Sep
DPS - Deerhound

F-LAIR
Tank - Katelin
Heals - Kisshoten

Top tips for lairs:

• Read the lair guides previously mentioned
  Come with no side missions as you need at least two open
  Come fully repaired as you will have to run to the nearest vendor to get repaired
  If you get killed and can't get back to the group because of the mobs - call out and the team will come to get you
  When you complete the mission(s) DON'T DON'T DON'T press the 'Complete Mission' button and collect your reward. Please wait until the Lair leader tells you which fragment to choose as your reward.
  Please also PASS on any fragments that drop as loot from the mobs so that the Lair leader can have them.
  The blue items that drop are character bound and so can't be sold at the Auction House or traded. They can be disassembled or sold to a vendor. If blue stuff would be useful for your character please say before the raid and I'm sure that other people will quite happily pass on it for you. Other loot - need/greed as usual I think.
  Be patient after we have done all the missions and the Lair leader figures out which fragments are needed to make bosses to fight.

Guess Naite and I will wait til next time to get the Carpathian Fang lair then. We didn't sign because we were under the strong impression that this first time would only be Solomon Island.

Also regarding repairs - don't most people own the reconstructor?
