Thanks for all the replies everyone - sorry I've been lax at trying to make some sense of it all! Here's a quick summary of the people who replied, their experience and preferred roles:

Everybody said Saturday was a good day (except for Broken Pieces) for them so I think we should make a start this Saturday and aim to clear the Kingsmouth Lair and fight a few bosses if we get the right fragments. I know that Durendal holds the raid fragments for the cabal so he might have a few he can give us. Katelin thought that we should only go for 5 people other wise it will be too easy, and I agree. Broken Pieces, Sep, Lomelinde and Katelin all said they could do Tuesday too so let's see how Saturday goes and then schedule another for next Tuesday doing Kingsmouth again if need be. It's not the best night for me, but I can probably make it.

So please reply if you'd like to do the run this Saturday - we need 5.

I can go. DPS or Leech, and maybe tank by Saturday. Definitely off-tank by saturday. Also, why only 5? With 10 and planning on the quest loot picks you can summon all three bosses even if starting at 0 pieces.

If you have enough people to field 2 teams, just do 2 runs. 1 team does KM first while the other team does SC. Not signing up as I never know if I'll be online on Saturdays around that time, if I am online and a spot/role needs to be filled, I'm willing to help. Have done all the lairs/

re: Fragments - I have an alt with a bank full of fragments (mostly KM). I'd be happy to donate them to the effort.
Just let me know who to mail them to and I'll send a (lair) fragment (mail) bomb their way. (I have ~40 diff fragments).

fig - I had a bunch of them too when I joined - I sent them to Durendal (please check with him first) - he is the Keeper of the Cabal's Fragments (official title).

Looks like we have a bunch of people already which is great! Please keep on signing up - I think we'll go with Kisshoten's suggestion and have (at least) two 5 person teams going. Durendal already has full patterns for the Kingsmouth bosses so we will have bosses to fight.

When I did the lairs with a previous cabal our Keeper of the Cabal's Fragments (official title) had a mod which auto-generated which fragments each member of the team should pick - does anyone know what that is/was? I can't find anything that says it does that.
