Beasts

Devourer is a lair boss. It must be summoned by a group of five players, each with an essence of Devourer. It can be summoned on one of the platforms inside the Carpathian Fangs lair.

Active effects: 

• Immune to CC
• Bilewark: Every 30 seconds, applies a stacking 20% warding buff. 1 stack is removed each time Devourer receives an affliction effect. 
• Thickskinned: When struck with a glancing blow, applies exposed to attacker. 
• Battering: This attack is deadly if it repeatedly hits the same target. 

Special abilities:

• Overhead Smash: Large circular AoE centered on the boss. 

General tactics: 

• The boss must be exposed and/or the dps has to affect it with affliction effects. This means damage over time abilities. 
• Avoid the large AoE.
