The Events Division
Ranks and Roles of the Events division members
Within the Events division is its leader and division members. Roles of members of this division are presented below.
Promotion of members of Nine Swords into the Events division happens when:
- A member of our cabal displays that they have skills desired within the division
- A member of our cabal has a good attitude towards the tasks of the division
- A recruitment of one of our members into the Events division will positively contribute to the overall needs of the cabal.
The decision for promotion into this division is made by the leader of the division.
Division Members of the Events division have roles which may encompass any of the following:
- Brainstorming ideas for events
- Discussing event logistics with members of other divisions
- Supporting the leader of the division in planning events and carrying them out with the cabal
The leader of the Events division has roles which encompass:
- Leading the division with clear goals, tasks and good communication
- Ensuring that events cater broadly across the cabal
- Planning and hosting events
