General

  • The Prime Maker stands in a large circular Furnace area.
  • There are three pools of water. The boss must be lured into one of the pools to remove his Blast Shield. He will regain his blast shield after gaining enough stacks of Heat.  
  • Active effects: 
    • Immune to CC
    • Blast Shield: Damage reflect shield. Can only be removed by luring the boss into a pool of water. 
    • Heat: When the Prime Maker's Heat reaches 100, he will regain his Blast Shield. 
  • Abilities to look out for: 
    • Furnace Blast: Large AoE centered on the boss. 
    • Carburising Flames: Each group member will get a circle around them. This circle will turn into molten lava after a few seconds. Must be walked or dodged out of. 
    • Reduction: Single target attack. Deals heavy damage, buffs the boss and applies corruption (heal reduction) on the player that holds aggro. Can be interrupted.
  • E8+: Lifeburn: All group members will periodically be affected with lifeburn. Cleanseable. 
  • E14+: Soulburn: Prevents all group members from being cleansed for 6 seconds. 

 

What the tank needs to know: 

  • The boss must be brought to one of the water pools to remove the Blast Shield. 
  • The boss will gain stacks of Heat during the fight, bring the boss to another pool before the Blast Shield returns. 
  • Reduction can be interrupted.

 

What the healer needs to know: 

  • E8+: Bring cleanse for Lifeburn
  • E14+: Bring group heals and cleanse for Soulburn and Lifeburn. All group members will take damage until you are able to cleanse Lifeburn. 

 

What the dps need to know: 

  • Blast shield will reflect damage on all dungeon levels. 
  • E8+ If there is no healer in group, someone has to bring cleanse. Group members can bring cleansing gadget such as a purification drone.
