Summary
The Savage Coast Lair is located in the East of the playfield, just south of the Overlook Motel.
By completing all the missions in this lair with your team, you will get your hands on Essences to enable you to spawn bosses. As explained in our Introduction to Lairs - spawning and successfully killing these bosses is how you get your hands on loot!
Notes for this area:
A lot of the mobs in this area are found in groups with varying levels of mob. Targetting the harder one first can be a life saver. Another consideration in this lair is that many of the mobs are filth creatures, therefore on death they create a puddle of filth which can damage you over time if you are stood in it or get the filth on you. If you can, have members of your team slot cleanses to get rid of your filth stacks.
As with all lairs, remember you are working in a team. Wait for your team mates if they die, always remember to run back if you die in Anima Form, communicate if you are missing something in order to complete a mission and most importantly - have fun together!

Missions
As in all lairs, there are 3 missions for you to complete. Ensure you pick all 3 missions up at the start of the lair so that your mission status progresses as you work through the lair with your team.
Mission 1: Nobel Calling
A crate of explosives lies abandoned on the edge of the marsh. Attempts to cleanse these septic pools have become increasingly desperate over the years - from local clean-up initiatives to canals to complete destruction.
Tier 1 of 1:
- Collect 10 bundles of explosives
- Collect 10 detonators
You should find them around the packs of mobs with their yellow outlines. Interact with them using "F".
Mission 2: Sinking Feelings
Never successfully drained, this marshland has acculumated all the sour water and bitter sadness of Solomon Islands history. Fertile ground only for the Filth, the stuff has claimed numerous victims to remake in its twisted image. Cut down their numbers before they escape this miserable couldron.
Tier 1 of 1:
- Kill 5 Slurs
- Kill 20 Filthy Humans
- Kill 3 Filthy Regressions
- Kill 3 Filthiopaths
Mission 3: The Cover-up
Use the explosives to create a rockslide and cover up a spring that's pouring out Filth. But be warned, the Filth cratures in the bog are addicted to the black liquid, and will defend it at all costs. The dynamite, from Nobel Calling, is recommended for this mission.
Tier 1 of 1:
- Get to the Spring
When you get to the Spring, you can trigger the start of this mission. You will see a blue wall, just like you encounter in a dungeon appear - as well as visual notification in your mini map from which direction you can expect the mobs to attack you from. The waves of mobs will culminate in a harder end mob coming. On defeating this mob, you can run out of the cave.
Summoning lair bosses:
Once missions are complete and handed in, each team member will have three summoning essences in their inventory. The lair team should then head to one of the summoning platforms.
