Lost Sarcoma is a lair boss. It must be summoned by a group of five players, each with an essence of Lost Sarcoma. It can be summoned on one of the platforms inside the Savage Coast lair.

• Filth Eruption: Places several persistent ground AoEs in the vicinity
• Dead Weight: PBAoE

General tactics: 

• Make sure to avoid the filthy ground AoEs
• Avoid standing near the boss when he does the dead weight attack
