Filth Vector is a lair boss. It must be summoned by a group of five players, each with an essence of Lost Sarcoma. It can be summoned on one of the platforms inside the Savage Coast lair.

• Pass Infection: The boss puts an AoE under the feet of one of the players. 
• Bestial Savagery

General tactics: 

• Do not bring any cleanses to this fight. It will cause someone in the team to die
• Dodge away from the Pass Infection AoE if you are the target
• Bestial Savagery can be interrupted
