Beasts

Cta-Tha is a lair boss. He must be summoned by a group of five players, each with an essence of Cta-Tha. He can be summoned on one of the platforms inside the Kingsmouth lair.

Monster type:

• Aquatic

Active effects: 

• Immune to CC
• Call the Huskarl: If Cta-Tha receives a glancing hit, he will call on an ally. Also summons allies once in a while.

Special abilities:

• Barnacled: Increases the bosses defence rating
• Tainted brine: A large green PBAoE that deals damage to anyone in the area

General tactics: 

• Make sure to avoid AoEs
• The boss summons adds and the tank has to make sure to pick them up, or the dps has to kill them before any team members die.
• Standing at range will help to avoid taking damage.
