Summary
World Bosses are spawned at the public raid portal in Agartha. There are 4 World Bosses that can be spawned. They look like this in your inventory:
To get your hands on these World Bosses, you need to be running lairs as each boss has a chance of dropping from the respective zones Regional bosses in the lairs.
The jump pad to head over to the portal is at 500 x 230 in Agartha, outside the area where the bank and shop NPCs are situated.
Who can run world bosses?
Game mechanics only allow players at level 50 to enter a world boss portal. To spawn the boss and open the portal, you need to be in a team of 5 people.
Before heading to a world boss...
Make sure you have enough inventory space if you are planning on running a few in a row! If you are attending a summoning, then each boss will net you at least 2 Signet Distillates, or a signet and a distillate. If you are in the spawning team, you will gain a mission complete report to submit as well.
Teaming for world bosses
If you are summoning the boss with your team, it is expected that you are fulfilling the main roles required for the summoning - ie. a Tank that can maintain agro on the boss and deal with the tactics required of it, and a healer that can keep said tank alive. The rest of your team can be DPS.
If you are just attending a world boss summoning, then you do not need to be teamed.
Summoning bosses and entering the area
If you are in the team summoning ( actual team where you click the heart, other group in raid team doesn't count) you receive a mission reward for defeating the boss. This is why in our scheduled cabal runs we change who is summoning the bosses so we all get a turn!
If you are in the cabal of the person spawning the boss, and in the same Agartha instance on the platform where it is being summoned - you will automatically get a pop up asking if you wish to join the fight. Do not jump when this pop up arrives on your screen else you will cancel the invitation.

The Loot
When the boss has been defeated, there will be a large chest on the platform. Use the chest (F) to open it. You will need a lair key to access the loot. If you are in the summoning team, you additionally gain a main mission completion and its subsequent rewards.
