I still leech Eidolon in my Tues./Fri. raid group, and I'm going to say this up front: depending on the (main) healer, you do not need anyone to leech. We could have the other healer go solo, since she uses Hematic Rites/Blast of Light frequently. That said, most of my DPS team healing is Cold Blood...
