Scorpion / Locust hunting, 19:00GMT, 26th February 2018

The idea is to kill as many Scorpions & Locusts as possible in order to work towards getting the kill achievements.
To try and do that we are going to group up in the Scorched Desert.

If you decide to sign up, please observe some rules during the hunt:
* everybody needs to keep a lookout for other players playing a mission in the area. We do not want to interfere with their enjoyment of SWL
* if you decide to use a keyboard macro, stay at your keyboard. If Funcom finds out you are using a macro and you are afk, they will ban you!
* make sure you have enough inventory space

The time is set to 45mins. (This is to ensure there is a break between this run and the following scheduled event).

I should be able to join.
Since we're after locusts we could try the big playfield boss also.

Unfortunately not likely to make this. I usually make Monday my day to be early for work, but who knows?

Don't know if this is within the scope of this group, but one way to farm scorpions is to summon Duneback, the lair boss, and keep the boss alive and summoning its little minions over and over. It takes a pretty buff tank/healer combo (possibly with an off tank if the DPS is a little puny) and a full raid for that project, but you get plenty of scorpions in a really short time.

If this is something you want to attempt, I'm willing to make myself available as healer or dps.

I was planning on running so we did a circuit with the scorpions and then locusts - I had not considered doing the method you suggested Ghost maybe for the next run so I can plan for it
