Today I had to make the difficult decision of making about 5 or so people sit out for the raid. So we'll need to run two a week to comfortably give everyone a go.

So I'll be running another raid Thursday, followed by another one on Sunday.

In this thread I'll list people who will have priority for this Thursday's raid, based on who doesn't get to raid today.

Of course I'd like to join again, but only if no other tank has to be left out who deserves her/his fair chance to participate more than I do.

I'd like to get this going to give the following people a chance to play in the raid:

* Lilzie
* Wegelia
* Misbeliever
* GaboonViper

Plus others who have expressed interest but not been along.

I am not sure if Thursday 18:00 is a good time, but with the other raid on Sunday, Thursday is kindof the only possible time due to lockouts.

So I'll be around at Thursday at that time and see if can invite enough people to raid. But if we do it, it will be limited to one hour at most. Calling it at 19:00 without question. Last raid, I don't even know if the 5 or so tries before we took the 15 minute break were even helpful, since we were just repeating the same mistakes over and over until we stopped. So I'd rather one hour of focused attention and then stop if that is not enough.

Anyway will put it in the calendar.

Might feel like a déjà vu, but Misbeliever is moving for the following two weeks, so don't worry about him being able to make it. The hour seems reasonable, the team will either be able to make it or not by that point.

Just to clarify. What role would you think is best for me then? I will provide some info about the current state:

@DPS:
1650 sustained dps on signle-target test deamon. 800+ hit, 800 penetration. I am usually about 30% behind good 10.4 dps in Nms. At least when it comes to tank and spank. In other fights sometimes I get lucky and can do more ^^. For instance last nights HE (or Ankh, dont really remember) I came close to 2000dps while 10.4 made 2600 or something like that.

@Heal:
You probably noticed that I have a working healtank for 18s and Facility. So basically I get about 9.5k HP and can heal Ur Draug with ease (just blood shield an EC heals). So for the raid I could still keep the 800 block, maybe reduce health to 6k or something and have over 3k Heal Rate plus Fist heal or whatever is necessary. That would be that main-heal-converted-healtank build ^^.

Or I could also healtank if there is a place for it. Also I have a 10.4 tank build but as you said, it might not be the best idea for me as I have never done a raid before...

Probably will have you either DPS or heal tanking. Most definitely not tanking, as it is the most demanding role, and I want to give DPS a chance to practice a few raid completions with the few experienced tanks we now have instead of making each new raid a tanking tutorial.

Reduce your hit to 650 though...

However, Funcom broke the raid this patch just in, so this event will now be cancelled. Blame Funcom.

I hope it will be fixed by Sunday, but I do not count on it for Thursday.

It appears that only the quest is down. So I'll put this event back on the calendar. So you won't be able to get the criterion from first completion, or the bullion from subsequent completions, but the loot will still drop.

But if someone who does it for the first time (and beats it) and won't get the criterion because of the broken quest. But will it change the "already done ny raid succesfully" flag?

It shouldn't, because that's just a quest reward and the quest is completely disabled at present. They'll just have to down the raid a second time when the quest is not disabled.
