Hi everyone!

After putting up a post on TSW-RP.com, I have been put in charge of organizing the second TSW cabal recruiting/networking fair. And by me, I mean we. There are *no* definites at this point, dates and times are up in the air at the moment, so I want to use this thread to throw around some ideas and get a proposal together.

Some idea that have been tossed around thusfar:

• Q&A panels with various cabal leaders at the event
• Hosting it at the Albion theater this year, to take advantage of the facilities
• Having our second official Nine Swords party be an "afterparty" of this event
• Getting Gridstream Productions involved again (possibly for a multi-DJ, longer affair other than just the party?)

So let's hear those ideas folks, this can be something truly great, and for the benefit of the TSW community on the whole if we pull it off.

I think this is really a very cool thing to get involved with - especially if we can have a really strong 9S presence.

These things can take quite a lot of planning, so my suggestion for a time would be the weekend before or after Thanksgiving (which would give us a month of planning, but not collide with a time everyone US side is likely to be on the road - it would also ensure not to start clashing with Halloween events ingame / Xmas vacations)

Q&A slots at set times throughout the event would be really great! Then we can set up a schedule and get people interested in coming to see things from each cabal who want to get up and talk.

What could also be good is setting up "booths" upstairs in the little alcoves for each cabal who want to participate. Perhaps we could think of a cool give away to do to promote 9S? In AO, we used to give away "Noobie Bags" - which contained health kits / nano kits and a treatment suit. These were really popular. We dont have a bag system like this to take advantage of in TSW, but I am sure with enough thinking about it we might think of something!

After party in the Albion has to be a ball doesn't it? It is so formal in there :p

GSP - yes for sure, they were fantastic at the Draug days of summer. Definitely thumbs up on this one from me.
