We would like to take a raid team into Eidolon on Saturday 19th April 2014, at 18:30 GMT.

This is something I have never done before, so I cannot promise success - however, I am sure it will be fun.

We will treat the sign up for this like a regular raid : therefore, please sign up with your role preference(s).
When 13 people have signed up, we will create a team and a reserves list.

We will start ontime, if you are in the team list and not online at 18:30GMT reserves will be called upon.

For the loot (if we get that far) - we will all need on what we need.
Killing the lair-raid boss awards two lootbags, a blue and a purple.
The blue bag contains 5 blue signets.
The purple bag contains purple QL 10 gear, purple signets and purple auxiliary upgrade kits.

I have done this raid in all roles, so...signing up as all roles!

Tanks definitely do not need 10k HP, he hits way less hard than his Polaris NM counterpart. It's only when stacks get high that damage suddenly explodes, and that, with good swapping, simply does not happen. I tanked it with 8k HP.

Healers don't need a lot of healing either, just more AOE healing. One leecher with Anima Vessel can basically keep most of the raid up by themselves.

Everyone needs 4k health (minimum), more comfortably 5k. 1 CU per team is desirable, but it can be done with winwin or Ready for More as well.

The raid is balanced for blues (!) so requirements really are not that high.


EDIT: Ah, just saw why you thought 11k was necessary... Mass Hysteria never hits the one who has aggro, but it can hit the offtank. That's why the boss gets attacked from three sides, so that all the DPS can run to the offtank if necessary.
