Scenario Loot Policy

Not signing (yet), but, yo, it's Friday.

Assuming the baby doesn't wear through my wife's nerves again, I'll be up for scenarios, but I have some significant concerns about the proposed loot system. I'd suggest offering it as an option instead of requiring it for the run.

We all have to do the same thing for a particular run though.

We'll use the normal loot policy for this run instead.
