Looking for DPS to join for Penthouse Elite

I would like to join but I need to know what's the minimum AEGIS level requirement for the Elite version?

I can do the tower and boardroom on my own now at QL6.

I have no idea on minimum requirements - though yesterday, I ran it with 10.4/5 and AEGIS QL1.7/9/9 and that was ok.

What appears still to be important in the Elite is to ensure we have enough interrupts, cleanses and buffs.
Everyone needs to make sure they have some HP slotted so we dont splat on the ground effects - we aimed for 4k ish yesterday, though on last fight Directio managed with normal 1970 ish.

Range is helpful, because there is a lot of things to not stand in - as well as times where you wont want to move and kill your team mates.

Any self heals you can bring are also helpful - like heal pots, curios.. anything that heals you that is a consumable
