This signup is for doing an "Elite Dungeon, AEGIS Enabled" (Penthouse, Manufactory, or Manufactory Breached), chosen by the Group Finder Randomiser. Completing the dungeon given by the randomiser gives all team members an additional AEGIS Reward Bag, which should guarantee you'll be able to upgrade at least one full controller as long as you have controllers below 2.9. For this to work, every team member must have completed all three of these dungeons on Elite at least once. An easy way to check that is to go into the Randomiser (Shift-V) and make sure "Elite Dungeons, AEGIS Enabled" is as bright as any other option and not darkened out. Indicate interest and roles you are comfortable with below.

Great idea Yuri! I should be around - DPS or heal at a push. I have only done Manu b once. I'm around 2.4 aegis.

We'll probably need to schedule a run specifically to get some more people through MFB in a few weeks, or have a spontaneous run if enough people for a willing team are on at the same time.

Well, we did it. I have a screenshot, sort of. The item description highlighted in the screenshot demonstrates why future runs will be specifically for getting people through that haven't been before, or will be in the NM versions.
