For fluff reasons normally people who can see spirits or have stuff to do with Blood runes can. Otherwise she would be less secret and more excersied.

Arc's psychic. He can see aura projections and echoes. Does that at all count?

Oh hey, wait, really? Because Jenn is all about blood runes and glyphs. Huh. Maybe I should share more background with you, Kleo. >.>

Not sure Arc. Since it's a blood rune that, long story sort was used by some nasty necromancers to bind Miranda. Thus powering a Shade summoning ritual. She isn't an echo but now bound to Kleopas himself. Thats where the spirit seer and blood rune thing comes from. However I am torn between agreeing that you can see her or proposing that if you come into contact with Kleopas himself then if you harbor physic powers you can see her. Same could be said for Jen, although perhaps you may be able to sense the rune itself.
Overall we could work this out between us .
