Ah...kk. If that's the plan, I'll not keep trying to organize things when I log in then! Teach me to take a week off =) Best of luck!

There's nothing wrong on trying to organize a run when you log on Jen... this thread is for tonight. We have plenty of folks needing NMs still :)

I really have no problem joining any of these. I can heal or DPS depending on the situtation. I'm in.

Kadyn, it's great to see your plan coming together! And many many thanks for listing the groups/dates in the front of the thread! Makes it much easier to see what's open and who would be available otherwise when we log in! Excellent job!!

Can I make a request if you're doing this for every night?

Hoozer and I had been planning something like this, but more on the lines of 'log in on this day and we'll find something for everyone to do'. We won't be doing that now with you doing this, but it would be really great if you could try to organize more than one nm group if there are enough people. In my experience, the folks who don't make the first sign-up group usually aren't all that successful at forming a second unless someone wades in and says 'you, you, you, let's go' =) If it wouldn't take too much of your time, I think it would be great for the cabal in general if you tried to form all the groups with whoever is online when you guys go, instead of suggesting that whoever is left over try to find their own.

I just would hate to see a repeat of the raid, where people don't bother signing in or expecting to be able to nightmare with the cabal and pug it before hand because 'they are not on the list for that night'. I totally understand if it's too much work! It's great that you've got a group going at all =)

This is definitely a good idea, but at the current state, we don't have enough people for 1 group. If we have a lot of ppl sing up here, I will definitely group ppl up. And I try and shout out when I'm in game.

Also would it be possible to embed Google spreadsheet to the thread? I couldnt get it to work, so I dont think the bbcode is created for [gs]

Organizing two groups to do the same thing separately can already be a huge challenge. I think we experienced that very nicely yesterday evening (CEST) when Kiss tried to build a team around Kate and me. We weren't really ready to go anywhere at that point though and also couldn't quite see the team composition work. Given though that we were at that point designated as "first team", nobody did go anywhere for the next 45 minutes while we were settling down.

I'm not sure about it entirely, but that was a case where it would have worked out quite nicely if whoever raised their hands at first and were all ready to go would have immediately done so, leaving the rest of us behind to build another team a while later. I know we can usually do it if we want, even if we sometimes end up doing something odd with smaller or weaker groups like lairs, elites or maybe even PvP! It's just really hard to want to do everything perfectly, and I pull my virtual hats off to anyone that consistently manages this. I know I wouldn't manage more often than I would myself.

Jennet, I think that's where I see your suggestion as not really clashing with the idea of "scheduled NM runs", at least if you end up with the scenario that you described of having leftover members: Even a team of three can complete a lair successfully given there is a leech healer present. You could literally fill those up with people that have completed Blue Mountain gear-wise. One could even consider rotating people in and out of those teams so that everyone ends up doing multiple things either on a dungeon-per-dungeon or day-per-day basis.

Generally though, I see these organized things as a way to kickstart activity that's just not quite at the right level, but not something to sustain over the long run. I'm sure Kadyn would go nuts and bolts having to juggle team schedules for every day of the next month. :geek:

For now I will stay this course as not a lot of ppl are signing up and a lot of ppl already finished their run by this time, which is perfectly fine.
Once this get more popular I can try to organize multiple groups when I'm online. Also I don't mind you keep doing your thing Jen, since we get on at different time.
