The trick with add is you need to LOS it, otherwise 2nd hit will always KO, whereas the 1st hit only most likely KO squishies. If not doing the wire method, healer can always pop some group heal and LOS the adds with pillar while the rest of the team beat down the boss, which was how its been done before the discovery of the pillar trick, which now patched and the razor wire tactic. It's not too difficult, just requires 1 person to keep an eye on the entire playing field for the adds activity.
