I just added a new note to the general raid guide emphasising how important threat is for tanks during phase 2. Upon reflection, many of our former problems in phase 2 have been caused by tanks not having enough DPS/threat. Tanks have very narrow windows to grab hate here. So if in doubt, add more threat passives and actives.


For loot, to avoid any confusion, this will be happening:

1. I will open the loot bag
2. I will link the highest value item in chat
3. I will name the people with the points to buy it
4. Any of those people can roll for the item in the nine swords chat. Highest roll wins.
5. If no people with points wish to buy, I will ask if anyone wants to spend negative points. Anyone can roll here, and I will take the combination of the highest points and highest roll as winning, then subtract points.
6. If no one wishes to spend points, is a free for all roll.
7. Repeat until all loot assigned.
