I'm on a US business trip during this raid, so might actually be able to help you out if you need an experienced fist heal-podder. It's only a "maybe" signup though, pending amongst other things that I actually get back to the hotel in time (social events / going out for beers can sometimes happen quite randomly during such trips), that the hotel wireless is of sufficient quality and most of all that my work laptop doesn't have a meltdown launching the TSW client. So I wouldn't be cross if I somehow end up as #14 on the list.
