This is for Sunday NY Raids, in winter time it would be 19:00 GMT (20:00 CET), but with the summer time now, 20:00 CEST is 18:00 GMT, as the time in Great Britain also went forward with 1 hour, so 18:00 GMT is 19:00 BST.
This means that 18:00 GMT is only earlier for the ones who live in countries which didn't have the 1-hour forward shift.
Everyone has to make sure that you do update your board preferences if you had the summer time change

The southern hemisphere thingy is indeed a bit of a problem here, given that (at least parts of) Australia will also switch to winter time next week. That's (for good reason) exactly the opposite to what us northerners do.
17:00 UTC would unfortunately be too early for us, unless our daughter suddenly decides to want to be fully autonomous as far as going to bed preparations (and NIGHT STORY!) are concerned. Our window of opportunity for raiding on Sunday is between 18:00 and 20:00.

Yeah, I think in Australia when we switch its going to be like 4 or 5 am or something at this time so I probably will not be waking up.
On the plus side I won't get any strange looks from my significant other as I rush out of bed at 6:30 am to log on before for the 7 am AEST time raids.
