say everyone...im templar faction rank 11 but it wont let me buy the last speed increase..which requires 8....whats up with that?

just a slight amount of confusion on its layout on the vendor...they rated it by price...so i looked from top down..and assumed 1,2,3....when its really 1,3,2....i was tryin to buy 3 before 2....so i bought in correct order and got em.
