Yeah still 4 p.m. your time. And thanks for yhe hesds up regarding DST. Also, as long as you have set your timezone right I the settings here, always go by the time listed on the calendar item since the forums translate to your specified time zone.

Seeing as we have 2 reserves here and the EU raid is lacking many signups with just 2 hours until start, I'll withdraw my sign up here and jump over to the EU raid in hopes that I'll get in there and get a chance to lower my points

Yeah, I just don't understand why I wasn't priortised when I'm at 16 points. Everyone hitting against the 16 points cap ought to be prioritised so they can get their points down. As it stands, there's no personal incentive for me to show up, besides being helpful in spirit of course. I won't even get a raid point for being reserve

Each raid leader doesn't only consider those with a points cap though when organising a team. The team is created based on many factors as listed in our Nine Swords Raid Policy

People often get to 16 points because of the whims of the RNG. If everyone who was at 16 always got in it would make team selection much harder.

But we can't raise prices or the points cap without causing other, more serious problems.

Any loot system based around random will always be imperfect so the most we can hope for is to just have it as a guide to loosely allocate loot.
