A Fuse, a Crit (Think it's always one of each, but could be wrong) some Kickbacks/Stims (Some good, some crap), a Custom Toolkit and I think nothing else worthwhile.
Its 2 criterions, 1 fuse, 3 stims or kickbacks and 1 weapon and 1 talisman upgrade kit. also chance for clothing stuff to drop.

Presumably there's another mysterious heroic item in the mix as well.

Well, a good leech isn't really sacrificing that much DPS. And I've seen healers save DPS from Tears before.

But I suggest a leech for a learning runs not because keeping the tanks up is that hard, but because keeping the tanks up AND basically healtanking adds can be hard. Either until the healer has experience, or until the off tank has experience and can keep the adds off the healer and DPS.

Markel heals the group I run with, and she's pretty much the best healer I know other than you, Marlo, and even she still dies to adds, or lets me or Och die. And that's with Shock as an off-leech (Though, generally pushing DPS more than healing).

But once the group knows their roles, it's definitely beneficial to drop to a solo healer, as more DPS is always good.

Also, some clarification Kiss

When you say 2 for Spider, do you mean the giant Shade up top? Or the actual Spider adds that spawn? Both are a DPS race, really.

The Shade up top can only have 2 DPS, but the Spider adds probably should have everyone kill them ASAP. Especially when the two spawn together. If you do mean the Shade up top, I suggest not calling it a spider to avoid confusion with the actual Spiders that spawn.

I agree, hence the reason I say a leech can be good for learning runs. Also, generally the DPS shouldn't be attacking adds (Outside of Spiders) while Flappy is down. Having them swap to adds costs more DPS than running a leech anyway.

Oh, also, barrier potions are really helpful, also on Tears of Dis.

Another thing to know for Tears, they don't leave any filth on the ground, so a safe spot is generally somewhere a tear just exploded.

few other things:

* Never stand in filth dropped by spiders or adds, its like 1k each tick
* dont go in as mDPS unless you are really skilled in the role and know the raid really well, you will just loose out on a lot of dps
* dont run of to pick up the spiders that drop down, let them get closer to you before engaging
* Offtank should run Close Quarters as passive elite, and have a ranged impair for spider, like chaotic pull
* The Pestilent Contrivance from shambala is really nice for those that go up to kill the spider, as it applies 5 stacks of corrupted, debilitated and exposed
* When figthing flappy on top platform, everyone should stack up on the tank, and stand in the middle of the aoe, do not run out of the aoe and dont move if it is on you.

DPS: 10.9-ish Pist/SG (dabs, cu, ww - whatever is needed)

I'd be willing to learn if you can't find bodies. I have a DABS build that is Talismans 10.4.5 or better, and weapons 10.4 and 10.2 (not sure on their glyph ratings.

I have a 10.9.5 sword and 10.5.5 AR if there a build/job that would work better with these that is needed. Let me know and I'd be happy to learn or change as needed.
