Am thinking of starting the announcement of pre-event events on the 1st of June ... that's then 4 weeks in advance of the actual event and the possibility for each pre-event to last a week. I think that's not an overload - what do you all think?

I am going to need a voting team - preferably of 9S members who wouldn't be signing up to take part in any of the mini events.

Mel has also volunteered to be a judge. Need 1 more to make 5 of us - would be great to have someone sign up to do this with us before the weekend
