Do you need Draug Leaders Lore 7?

I hunted down a Beating Draug Heart today - using this heart, we can spawn a boss which drops the lore!
Will aim to spawn after the raid (so at around 19:30GMT - could be a little later depending on kill time and loot distribution, please forgive me if its later!! )
