I've just found this page

which says that the devstream will be an hour after the servers actually go live (currently scheduled for Headstart at 16.00 EDT - making the devstream 17.00 EDT)

EDIT - oops sorry for the duplication - I didn't see those last few posts for some reason

Well, as everybody else just went on to Kingsmouth and got on with the game, I might be the only one who (eventually) got a shirt? But at least we got a good start on re-recruiting people.
