Monster Hunting

Yuri and I are going to pick up our *10k* runs again. As there are no longer any 10k achievements - we will just resign to calling them Monster Hunting.

Next Monster Hunt:
September 2017


If you wish to attend, just be on time!

The idea is to kill as many monsters of the specific type we are hunting as possible in order to work towards the monster kill achievement.

Everybody will run around a lot but try to stay as a group so we maximise the kills we each get.

If you decide to sign up, please observe some rules during the hunt:
* everybody needs to keep a lookout for other players playing a mission in the area.
* if you decide to use a keyboard macro, stay at your keyboard. If Funcom finds out you are using a macro and you are afk, they will ban you!
* Team is limited to 10 people as that is as many people as we can have in a raid team.

I plan to be there, of course. Do you have a particular target in mind? Wisps, wendigo, familiars, ak'ab...?

I didn't really mind. Just wanted to spend time with you doing this again

How about Familiars? That's a nice easy circuit

We both hit 1k Familiars - hurrah

We did Wendigo today, much slower going than familiars! Yuri now has 318, and I have 191 \o/

Next run by me will be after vacations - so in September

I have upcoming vacation as well at the beginning of September.

Wendigo might be slower, but that's why we only have to get through a thousand to get the same number of achievement points as five thousand filthy humans or what-have-you.

Does the mission trick still work.for Wendigo?

We didn't try. The circuit we ran was good - though needed to warp as there is that new wall in BM by the quarry.
